Canadian Physical Activity & Sedentary Behaviour Guidelines - Free for BC Residents Only
As part of the ParticipACTION and Healthy Families BC partnership, residents of British Columbia can now receive free copies of the Canadian Physical Activity and Sedentary Behaviour Guidelines. These guidelines apply to all apparently healthy individuals, irrespective of gender, race, ethnicity or socio-economic status. Individuals are encouraged to participate in a variety of physical activities that are enjoyable and safe.

Each Guideline is available in pads of 50 colour copies. Indicate below how many of each guideline you would like to have sent to you and click "Add to Cart".

Physical Activity Line

The Physical Activity Line is British Columbia's primary physical activity counselling service & your FREE resource for practical & trusted physical activity & healthy living information. The PAL is staffed by national, CSEP Certified Exercise Physiologists®, who have undergraduate and/or graduate degrees in exercise science and advanced training in clinical exercise prescription. CSEP-CEP's can prescribe exercise to people of all ages and abilities, including individuals with chronic conditions such as diabetes.

CSEP Certified Exercise Physiologists® are available Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, to assist you with all of your physical activity related needs!
