Politique de remboursement


All sales are final. No refunds or returns for physical products, digital products, CSEP memberships, events or services (including free items).


If you received a damaged item, please contact our shipping department promptly at support@csep.ca or 1-877-651-3755 ext. 6048 so we can correct the issue.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


If a physical product is not received in the allotted time (2-3 weeks for regular shipping, 2-4 business days for courier orders), please contact our shipping department at support@csep.ca or 1-877-651-3755.

If a shipment was undeliverable because the address entered during checkout was incorrect, you may be required to pay additional charges for a replacement shipment.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


CSEP is not responsible for costs associated with attending events beyond the price of event registration paid directly to CSEP. Events and other services provided by CSEP are not refundable.
