In this presentation, Elliott will discuss the challenges of using data, and how he's used data and technology to drive member engagement, leading to increased performance results and program buy-in over time. He'll discuss developing a fly-wheel system for data, the importance of contextualizing and personalizing data, slow vs fast data, and how to use data to inform all levels of decision-makers.

Speaker Bio:

Elliott Richardson, MSc. Strength and Conditioning *D, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Richardson Performance Systems

Elliott currently works as a High Performance Manager for PSP, supporting Canadian Armed Forces Members. His team aims to optimize the physical, nutritional, and mental performance of service members, in an effort to sustain their performance over time. Prior to his time with PSP, he was the Manager of Sports Performance at Acadia University, where he was responsible for over 300 varsity athletes across 10 teams. In addition to these roles he was on the board of directors for the Canadian Strength and Conditioning Association, has spoken at National Strength and Conditioning Association Conferences, and has presented webinars and been on numerous podcasts. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, holds a MSc Strength and Conditioning from St. Mary's University, Twickenham, London, England, and earned his Bachelors of Kinesiology from Acadia University.
