This three-course bundle will prepare you to address some of the harder clinical nutrition topics and challenges in sport.  These courses outline relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-s), body image and disordered eating; the signs & symptoms, management options, treatment and support; and how sport professionals can change language and biases to help limit the incidence of these conditions. We also discuss the importance of the IST community in supporting athletes during this time.

CSEP PDCs: 6

This course is delivered through our partner, Performance Nutrition Academy, Ltd. After purchasing it, you will receive a separate email inviting you to create an account in their Online Learning platform and a link to access the course in which you enrolled.

Content of these courses was developed by the Registered Sport & Performance Dietitians of Performance Nutrition Academy, and has undergone review by a panel of CSEP topic experts to ensure scientific accuracy. This partnership was made possible with independent financial support* from the Canadian Sugar Institute Nutrition information Centre, a non-profit association managed by registered dietitians and nutrition researchers that aims to gather and share up-to-date research and evidence-based information about sugars, nutrition, and health.
