Do you offer a discount to Bookstores?

We do not offer a discount on our materials.

Who do you ship with?

 

We ship using Canada Post, UPS and Purolator, we do not ship with FedEx. For more information about shipping options, view our Store FAQ page.

How do I submit a purchase order?

 

You can submit a purchase order via email to info@csep.ca or by faxing your order to: 613-234-3565

Can I receive my invoice via email?

 

A hard copy invoice will be sent to the billing address stated on the purchase order, if you have not received an invoice after 30 days please contact info@csep.ca

Where can I find a particular ISBN number for an item?

 

Most ISBN numbers can be found on the product pages, if you require further assistance please contact info@csep.ca

How will I know if my product is in stock?

All items visibly shown in the store are in stock

What is the estimated time of arrival for our product after we submit an order?

We do not provide an ETA and cannot guarantee a delivery date. All orders fall into a que and will be processed in that order. Once a purchase order is submitted an automatic email will provide you with an ETA.

Can you ship our order with our shipping account number?

 

You may provide an account number. Please note that a handling charge will be applied if we ship via your account.
