Description:

This bundle provides an extensive look at the nutritional needs of unique athlete populations. The three modules provided in this bundle focus specifically on adolescent, master, and para-athlete populations. In each of these modules, we will examine the physiological needs, changes in energy requirements, optimal macronutrient intake, important micronutrients to consider, supplement use, body image, and the specific challenges that uniquely impact each of these groups. This bundle not only offers foundational sports nutrition but also a comprehensive guide for exercise physiologists working with these populations.
