Description:

Nutrition during events is one of the most critical factors for performance outcomes. This module explores how to help athletes fuel properly during training and competition, providing general guidelines on macronutrient intake to help athletes perform at their best. We also cover how environmental condition as impact nutrition strategies and the importance of hydration during exercise. This module is designed to provide sports professionals with the knowledge and tools to address intra-fuelling nutrition challenges and optimize an athlete's performance with proper nutrition.
