FAD Diets and Athletic Performance
This module takes an in-depth look into fad diets. We dive into the basis of each of these diets and why athletes tend to follow them. From low carbohydrate, low energy, or keto diet we will discuss all the variations and give exercise physiologists a better understanding and the tools they need to guide their athletes to safe, informed, and sustainable dietary choices that fuel performance.
