This module is one of four online interactive modules that provide specific preparation for attaining the CSEP Exercise & Depression Specialization™ and are intended to increase your confidence in working with clients with depression.

Module 2: Treatment Approaches

The previous module of this training introduced you to depression: the different depressive diagnoses, hypothesized causes, signs and symptoms, and associated disorders. Module 2 provides an overview of different treatments for depression before moving to exercise-based treatment for depression.

It is recommended to complete the Mental Health Literacy course before beginning this module.
